Cerpic Cards
CERPIC™ stands for Consultation, Examination, Recommendation, Progress and Internal Communication. The CERPIC ™ card combines the consultation form, examination results, x-ray findings, progress exam and the patient's progress record all on the one card.

Personalised Items
Receipts
Receipts are made to accompany the account day sheet and account ledger. Information is directly recorded on to the receipt which is then transferred via the carbonless paper onto the account ledger and account day sheet. Three records are completed in one action, increasing efficiency and decreasing mistakes.
Multiple Appointment Plans (MAP's)
MAPS's allow appointments to be made for the entirety of the patient's recommended schedule of care. MAP's are two identical sheets with a carbonless feature. Appointments are transcribed onto the MAP creating a second copy, one is given to the patient the other is kept neatly inside the CERPIC© card.
