Together Dr James and Anna Carter have pioneered a number of developments in chiropractic that has earned them a formidable international reputation. Many of their past clients are now leaders in chiropractic worldwide.

The Founders
Dr James Carter
Dr James Carter graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1968 and ran a busy and successful practice in Sydney, Australia, turning his hand to coaching others in 1981. Dr Carter has pioneered a number of developments in chiropractic that has earned him a formidable international reputation. His strong message promoting integrity and his compassion to help Chiropractors grow have made him a much sought-after coach and mentor. 
- He developed "learning by experience" events that clients say have "changed their lives"
- He has had the most extensive worldwide experience in performing in-depth In-Office evaluations and has developed sophisticated computer aided systems to zero in on client needs.
- The CERPIC© system has been applauded as the most effective office management system in Chiropractic today. It is "efficient with procedures and effective with people".
His training and experience in human relations and as a certified Master Coach from the Skiffington Master Coaching programme have enabled him to "change people's lives". Known overseas as the "Wizard from Oz" his speaking credits include many Keynote addresses at Universities, and associations and professional appointments include Professional Coach, Chiropractors Association of Australia W. Aust, (CAA), Directorships of Chiropractic Education Australia, Chiropractors Association of Australia, Editor, Journal of the Australian Chiropractors' Association and Featured in "Headspace, Inside the Minds of the Most Fascinating People in Chiropractic" by Bill Esteb. Carter Programs was recognised and funded by the Ontario Government's Department of Skills Development in 1988. Many of his past clients are now leaders in the Chiropractic profession worldwide.
Residing in the country of his heritage, he now clocks millions of miles spreading his words internationally but continues to "still call Australia home".

Anna Carter
From her early years as a Chiropractic Assistant Anna recruited and trained Chiropractic Assistants for Chiropractors in Ontario. Specializing in In-Office Evaluations she consulted to DC's and their support teams.
 Anna Carter founded and developed the successful human resource company in Canada, JMGClinic Consultants Inc. From her penthouse office in the heart of the central business district of Toronto she consulted to hospitals, doctors and Chiropractic Assistants throughout Canada. JMG became the largest and most successful consulting, recruiting, training and placement company for the Chiropractic profession in the world.
Anna has been keynote speaker for many Chiropractic events and shared the speakers platform with the most well know chiropractic names such as Ward, Markson, Demartini, Gold, Parker and Sigafoose to name a few.
Anna and Dr Carter married in 1994 and she has extended her consulting and coaching internationally.
